Nordic Cybercrime Conference 2022

The 6th Nordic Cybercrime Conference is being organized by the research group Police and technology at the Norwegian Police University College, in cooperation with the Dutch Cyber Science Center.

The conference will deal with cybercrime and related issues in a wide sense and be multidisciplinary in character. This year the overarching theme is ‘Policing in a Digital Society’. From this, it follows that topics of interest are, for example, the use of new technologies in policing, cybercrime and cybercrime victimization, data driven crime prevention, policing in high tech environments such as the so-called dark web, policing offline riots that are fuelled online, and criminal investigation in a technological environment.

WHEN

3rd to the 4th of November 2022

WHERE

The two-day conference offers presentations and debates. In each case, it will be possible to attend the conference online. If Covid19 circumstances allow it, the conference will have a hybrid character. The physical conference will then be held in Oslo at the Norwegian Police University College. Updated information will be published on this website as the program develops.
